Abstract:	This study aims to determine the financial performance of Manokwari regency using elasticity analysis, used quantitative descriptive analysis, using elasticity analysis tools in order to analyze the relationship or degree of sensitivity of the local taxes and levies toward Gross Regional Domestic Product in Manokwari Regency period 2006 - 2010. The test results showed the average tax elasticity in Manokwari regency reached 1.99% is elastic and thus the research hypothesis is accepted, the elasticity is 0.93% levies is inelastic and thus the research hypothesis was rejected.
