Abstract:	As raw material for home industry, sago is becoming an important source of income. By spending full time work, sago can be utilized as household source of income. The aim of this study was to analyze factors influence work time spent in sago home industry and income level of women in Saparua District. Analysis was conduct and d using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) revealed that there are two eigen value they are 1.84 and 1.23 with standardized combine value 61.35 percent. Estimated final communality showed that all variables can be explained by two factors range from 0.49 for age variable to 0.74 for work time spent variable. Mean while, factors affect income level produced one eigen value 3.61 with standardized combine value 72.18 percent. Estimated final communality revealed that all variable can be explained based on one factor, within range 0.53 for employment variable to 0.91 for production variable.
