Abstract: The study aims to analize influence of individual characteristics on employee work motivation, analyzing the influence of job characteristics on employee work motivation, analyzing the influence of organizational characteristics on employee work motivation, and analyze the influence of motivation to work with employee job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach, research was conducted in Malang Branch of Bank BRI with a sample of regular employees. The population in this study is regular employees are scattered on the branches and sub-units thatexist in Malang with the number of employees 150 people. In this study using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) in the test analysis, particularly the use of analytical tools AMOS version 4.1. The results showed that individual characteristics influence employee work motivation, job characteristics influence employee work motivation, organizational characteristicshaving an effect on employee work motivation, work motivation and job satisfactionaffects employee.
