Abstract: This paper aims to investigate the profile of vegetable peddlers in Poka and Rumahtiga Village Teluk Ambon District Ambon City and to determine the income level of vegetable peddlers in Poka and RumahTiga Village Teluk Ambon District Ambon City. Data used in this research were primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected through direct interview and direct observation while secondary data was collected through literatures and relevant institutions. Data was then analyzed using descriptive method and income analysis method. The method used in this research was census method. The location was determined purposively. Sampling was taken as many as 18 vegetable peddlers in Poka and Rumahtiga Village. The results showed that the profile of vegetable peddlers in Poka and Rumahtiga Village in terms of age was productive with the level of formal education of elementary school. However, the majority of selling experiences was at the category of 1-20 years. The numbers of vegetables sold were from 3-9 types of vegetables and the selling working time ranged between 3-9 hours/day. The average income obtained by vegetable peddlers in Rumahtiga Village (Rp. 1.298.693/month) was higher than in Poka Village (Rp. 311.097,5/month). This is caused by the difference in selling price and the numbers of vegetables sold.
