Abstract:	Operation to important rat be conducted because a rat have a habit lives in the human being residential surroundings. It makes annoyances of agriculture, economics, healthy, and household field. It comes, propagates, and then spreads in the non-hygenic environment.Control technique with germinating used to avoid the nature of rat resistance, lessening environmental contamination, costing effective operation. Target of this research to see effectiveness of germinating type capable to depress field rats (rattus argentiventer) population at depository areal in food materials. Research take place in October 2008. operation the rat with six type trap at the same time in one areal indicate that trap live Tomahawk mouse trap trap live type can be more that is 1,20 times. Whether exploited to control mouse population compared to five existing trap type.
