Abstract: The relationship between oocyte and somatic follicular cell is very important in oocyte maturation. The cytoplasmic and the oocyte nucleus in pre-ovulatory developmentcan be viewed as a separate entities. In maturation of cytoplasmic, the acquirement of RNA reserve and the protein was dominant in oocyte developmental between primordial and pre-ovulation, on the other hand, the nucleus maturation was signed by breaking nucleus shroud or vesicular germinal which caused by the luteunizing hormone (LH). The decrease of cAMP concentration intra cell and some stage of meiotic can be conduction by M-phase promoting factor (MPF). Although p34cdc2 kinase and cycling-B are the main factors, we could find them in mitotic splitting cell and the oocyte is c-mos, the system c-mos-MPF were related with some important stage at the end of oocyte maturate like the continuity of meiotic maturation, the resistance of DNA replication between meiotic I and II and the conservancy oocyte stopped until it is fertilized. Kinase protein Rsk was also played important in this meiotic cycle that is on meiotic entry I and it could do down regulation S-phase between meiotic I and II give contribution at the stopping of metaphase II.
