Abstract: This research was conducted to find out the combination effects of Granular Organic Fertilizer (GOF) with NPK fertilizer on Zn-total, avalaible Zn, Zn-uptake and yield of rice (Oryza sativa L.) on Inceptisols. The study was conducted from July to November 2011 at the field station of Soil Science and Land Resources Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Padjadjaran University, Jatinangor, Sumedang, West Java, elevated at 725 meters above sea level. The experimental design used was Randomized Block Design (RBD) with ten treatments and three replications, consisted of: without treatment (control); 1 GOF + 0 NPK; 0 GOF + 1 NPK; ½ GOF + 1 NPK; 1 GOF + ¼ NPK; 1 GOF + ½ NPK; 1 GOF + ¾ NPK; 1 GOF + 1 NPK; 1½ GOF + 1 NPK; 2 GOF + 1 NPK. The results showed there was a significant influence on the increase Zn-total, uptake Zn and yield of rice, but there were no effect on available Zn due to the combination of GOF with NPK fertilizer. 1 NPK (120 g/block Urea, 60 g/block SP-36, 30 g/block KCl) fertilizer with 1 GOF (300 g/block) treatment gave the highest yield of 5,30 kg/block or equivalent 7,08 t/ha.
